Job Description:

As a Remote Recruiter at Core Ventures, you will play a crucial role in shaping our team's future. You'll be tasked with identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent to help us grow and achieve our goals. This role is ideal for someone who is a natural conversationalist, goal-driven, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- High volume candidate sourcing and screening

- Creation and posting of job descriptions

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.

- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.

- Provide a positive and efficient experience for all candidates.

- Stay up-to-date with trends in recruiting and the fitness industry.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.

- Excellent English speaking and conversational skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work hard and hustle to meet goals.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

- Ability to work in the Eastern Time Zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

- Familiarity with remote recruiting tools and platforms.

- Track record of success in a very high volume recruiting environment
