- Member Onboarding: Conduct fitness consultations with all new members; including movement assessments, body scans, and follow-ups to support training goals.
- Fitness Instruction: Lead group training sessions that are safe, engaging, and results oriented.
- Sales & Client Engagement: Convert prospects into clients through thoughtful consultations, promoting training packages tailored to individual needs.
- Community Building: Create an uplifting, friendly club culture by offering exceptional service, engaging with members, and fostering a sense of belonging.
- Cleaning the Club and performing administrative duties.
- Conduct client assessments every 6 weeks a member is participating in small group training
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and influence behavior change.
- Experience or certification in fitness program design and instruction.
- Comfortable conducting 1-on-1 and group training sessions.
- Sales-minded and capable of presenting and selling training packages.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as iPads, CMS systems, the Anytime Fitness App, and body scanning devices.
- Passionate about helping others succeed and committed to delivering a “surprisingly personable experience” focused on training, nutrition, and recovery.
- Valid Drivers License

- Are proactive in introducing themselves and starting conversations.
- Take time to understand members’ goals and stories.
- Fitness specialist will be paid $15 an hour for the first 30 days; this will allow for achieving company-paid certification (is needed) and all training.
- Day 31 the fitness specialist will be transitioning the subcontractor (1099) with the goal of increasing training revenue to $5,000 per month.
- Once the fitness specialist achieves the $5,000 goal, fitness specialists become a full-time staff member and are placed on payroll. The fitness specialist must maintain, at a minimum, a remittance of $5,000 per month to remain on payroll.
- Fitness specialists on payroll will be paid $15 an hour; they will clock 35 hours per week with 30-minute lunch break daily.
- Fitness specialists also will be paid a commission based on percentage of total sales.
- Commission percentages are as follows; 6% of $5,000, 9% of $6,000, 12% of $7,000, and 15% of $8,000 in total monthly sales.
- The goal of $8,000 and beyond per month will be achieved by adding three new clients per month net cancellations.
- All new fitness specialists will conduct small group training.
