About the Role:
Anytime Fitness in Charlotte, NC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Team Member to help keep four of our Charlotte locations clean, safe, and welcoming for members every day. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a positive, health-focused environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning of gym floors, equipment, bathrooms, mirrors, and common areas
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces including machines
- Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and hygiene stations throughout the facility
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners on a regular schedule
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of restrooms and shower areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Ensure the facility meets health and safety cleanliness standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work 20 hours per week, approximately 5 hours dedicated to each location each week
- Dependable daily transportation to and between locations
