Assistant Fitness Manager / Exercise Physiologist
Anytime Fitness Lakewood | Jacksonville, FL
Help adults improve their health, strength, and quality of life through evidence-based coaching.
We are seeking a motivated Personal Trainer who enjoys working with adults 45+ of all fitness levels, particularly those focused on longevity, weight loss, strength, mobility, and healthy aging.

Compensation
- $19/hour guaranteed base pay during staffed hours
- Personal Training compensation averaging $24-$30 per coaching session
- Semi-Private training opportunities $35-$69 per class (2-4 clients)

What You'll Do
- Conduct fitness consultations and health assessments
- Perform InBody body composition testing
- Lead private and small-group training sessions
- Design individualized exercise programs
- Coach members on exercise, nutrition, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Build relationships that improve client retention and results
- Support member engagement and community-building initiatives

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching high-end clients
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field
- NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent certification
- Passion for helping people improve their health
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong professionalism and reliability
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
